For nearly two decades, I’ve supported adults working through questions about themselves and the world around them. In whatever way that’s shown up, I take seriously the role I’ve been trusted with. We live in a world that rarely slows down, and there’s something quietly powerful about an hour of connected conversation between two people, without distraction and with real authenticity on both sides. I’ve come to believe that so much of what allows people to live into the life they want isn’t something said, but something felt — the almost alchemical experience of feeling truly seen by another person. People’s capacity to change still strikes me, and to be any part of that feels like a privilege.
There is so much to understand about how we connect to ourselves and to others. I consider myself a lifelong learner, always looking for ways to sharpen my approach.
