My approach
My philosophy as a therapist starts with careful, non-judgmental listening. Everyone has a unique life story. I see my role as learning yours, understanding the change you want to see and figuring out how we get you there. I believe the relationship itself is central to therapy. I also believe that deep expertise in evidence-based tools is what can make the difference between real support and just talking in circles.

Who I work with
Most people who come to me are stuck, stretched thin, or noticing shifts in themselves they can’t quite explain, under a life that may look fine from the outside. You might have a specific goal you want to reach in a set number of sessions, or you may be looking to dig into deeper, longer-term work. We start where you are, at a pace that’s right for you, and tend to what arises together.
I specialize in working with people primarily seeking support for: depression, anxiety, perfectionism, burnout, trauma resolution, early experiences of psychosis (learn more here), and interpersonal relationship stress. I welcome people of all races, ethnicities, sexual orientations, and gender identities. Your story may include:
In the room
In the first few sessions, we’ll go at your pace, talk through what brought you here, and start to get a feel for working together. After a few sessions, we’ll check in and see how the fit feels. If I don’t believe I have the right expertise to support you, I’ll help you find someone who does — and the same goes if you don’t feel like the fit is right. If we move forward, we’ll make a clear plan for our work together.

Wherever you’re starting from, let’s talk and see if this is the right fit.
